Your pregnancy and breastfeeding period is such an important time in your life we want you to be comfortable and 100% happy with all your Beach Maternity orders. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days (no return on Sale Items). We simply ask that clothing has not been worn or washed and be returned in its original packaging and tags.
All of our swimmers are protected with a hygienic protective liner for fitting purposes. We ask that you please try on the bottoms over your underwear and please don't remove the liner until you are sure that you want to keep the garment.
Due to the personal nature of these items, you cannot return personal use items such as Lily Padz, breastshells or nursing pads if you change your mind. Please note due to the clearance nature of sale stock all sale purchases are final. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Easy Exchange option
If you would like to exchange your item/s please place a new order online and return the unsuitable item/s for a refund. The quicker you send back the unsuitable item/s then the quicker you get your refund! Due to our high turnover of stock, this process ensures that you get your new item/s before they sell out in the size/colour you want.
If you choose to pay immediately then we'll send your new items out straight away (& refund when the unsuitable items are returned). If you only want to be charged when we receive your return, Write us a note on your return request and we'll hold these new item/s until we receive your return package. We will send a confirmation email to you when your exchange has been processed and your new item/s is on the way.
We will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly and hassle free as possible. We will email you a faulty item form to fill out, that should be returned together with the item for inspection to our warehouse. We will provide you with a refund, store credit or replacement item at your option (refunds must be to the card used to pay for the item). Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty item/s.

Credit Note Orders
Orders purchased with a credit note will be charged the standard postage rate if delivered within Australia and international requests will be charged at the rate based on package weight.
If we ever do send you incorrect merchandise, we will send out the correct order with a reply paid satchel for you to return the incorrect goods.
