JAYLEEN Considine helps expectant mums stay in fashion and look after their health at the same time.

The Edithvale mother-of-two started her online business BeachMaternity.com.au last September after finding most maternity swimwear was frumpy.

Ms Considine has been recognised for her hard work with a nomination as Emerging AusMumpreneur and Best Boutique at the 2011 Mumpreneur awards.

The former swimming instructor has her fingers crossed to win.

“It’s a real privilege for a work-at-home mum to be nominated,” she said. “As a mum, you don’t always get recognition.”
